As funções do sistema de arquivos permitem acessar e manipular o sistema de arquivos.
Instalação
As funções do sistema de arquivos fazem parte do núcleo do PHP. Não há necessidade de instalação para usar essas funções.
Compatibilidade Unix/Windows
Ao especificar um caminho em plataformas Unix, uma barra (/) é usada como separador de diretório.
Em plataformas Windows, tanto a barra (/) quanto a barra invertida (\) podem ser usadas.
Configuração de tempo de execução
O comportamento das funções do sistema de arquivos é afetado pelas configurações no php.ini.
